it from enemies encountered around the world of Final Fantasy
IV. These items are won rarely by defeating the respective
enemies. See the table below for details:

When receiving the items, there is a magical orb next to the
name. Apparently, it seems that the creators has renamed "Fragment"
in Final Fantasy II to "Bomb" in Final Fantasy IV.
Excalibur
Near Mythril Village (Silveria), there is a cave, Adamant
Grotto which can be accessed after Enterprise has gained the
ability to pick up the hovercraft. Get to the Land of Summon
after you gotten the new aircraft - Falcon. Go to the Land
of Summons and get Rat Tail from the treasure chest. Next
pilot the Falcon Airship back to the main world. Make your
way to Adamant Grotto by landing the Enterprise with the hovercraft
near Mythril Village. Access the cave with the hovercraft
and exchange the Rat Tail with the Tail Collector for Adamant
Ore. Bring the ore to Kokkol's Smithy found in southeastern
area of the underworld. Talk to Kokkol (located on the 2nd
floor). He will take the Legend sword along with Adamant Ore.
Revisit the blacksmith after you have gotten Lunar Whale.
You will get the game's second best sword.
Adamant Armor
This is the hardiest to get item in any Final Fantasy game.
You need to gain access the game's final dungeon, Lunar Subtterane
(Moon Core). In the Floor B5 of the dungeon, there is a room
where you can find the Lunar Subtterane. The probability of
encountering this rare enemy, Pink Pluff is 1 out of 64 chances.
The next fact is even worse than the previous one, the rate
that Pink Pluff drops the Pink Tail is only 1 out of 64 chances.
Mathematically, you have only 1 out of 4,096 chances of getting
the Pink Tail. If you are that lucky, you will be exchange
this rare item with Tail Collector at Adamant Grotto for the
game's best character armor - Adamant Armor! It is really
strong.
Game Developers' Room
This is a special addition added for Final Fantasy IV for
the Playstation version. The room features the crew behind
the creation of game. Do not forget to meet the creator of
Final Fantasy! To access the room, visit Dwarven Castle. Between
the weapon and armor shop, there is a small pathway. Enter
the pathway and you will get to a hidden pub. Just got to
the walls on the right and hold down right on the directional
pad. You will eventually find the Game Developer's Room.
