A C K G R O U N D Tellah was an extremely powerful sage, respected by all
in his time. While he is still respected by many, he has forgotten
most of his spells. Growing up in the enchanted town of Mysidia,
Tellah married and had a beautiful daughter named Anna. After
his wife died, all his attention and love went straight to
Anne. After Anna fell in love with a bard, Tellah was enraged
and went across the world to search for his daughter and this
so called "bard." Meeting Tellah along the dark and grim paths
of the Underwater Passageway may be one of the best thing
to happen. Only if there was a way to rekindle the better
of his spells...
C O M M A N D S
In Final Fantasy IV, different characters owns a different
set of commands. Tellah starts off with some of the lower
spells until Mt. Ordeals, where he remember most of them.

All spells can be recall by using the Recall command. Tellah
will learn Meteo when Cecil becomes a Paladin at Mt Ordeals.
Frankly speaking, you will not be able to use it as Tellah's
MAX MP is 90...
