R O L O G U E
1,000 years ago, the world was obliterated after the tragic
battle known historically as the War of Magi. Today, high
technology has been rediscovered and life is thriving. Likewise,
the mystery of the past feeds the curosity of a vast Empire
and those who control it. With recent discovery of an Esper
in a distant mining town of Narshe, the key to possessing
Magic has becoming more realistic. It will take the power
of a rebellion and a Kingdom to stop a mad man who thrist
for the power of Magic.
You take the role of a girl, Terra Brandford who is under
control of slave crown who seeks true peace, love and friendship
and prevent the disaster of the previous war from recurring
again.
Final Fantasy VI has been released for SNES in 1994 as Final
Fantasy III for the English version. It is also the last Final
Fantasy game for the console. However, it was released along
with Final Fantasy V as Final Fantasy Anthology for the Playstation.
