As you play a card game, you will encounter a set of rules
to allow the card game to be in an organized manner. The card
rules are being classified further to three sets:
Pre-Game
Card Rules -
takes effect before the card game begins:
Pre-Game Rules are rules that take effect for the game from
the beginning until the end of the game.

The cards will be placed
on each players' deck with the faces of the card facing
up. You can see the player's card, and hence your cards
can be seen by your opponents too.
Comments:
If the OPEN rule is not added, you will see the opponents'
card placed facing down. |

Before the card game
starts, the computer will choose your cards randomly.
In other words, you will not be allowed to select which
cards to use for the card battle.
Comments:
It could be your disadvantage, if you are not familiar
in using PLUS and SAME rule. But if you knows the rules,
you can easily defeat your card opponents. Random is
extremely useful when you cannot decide on which cards
to use. |

Throughout the card,
you will find Elemental icons being placed on the card
board. The elemental icons are , , , , , ,
and .
There are three possible outcomes with the cards are
being placed on the spot that has an elemental icon.
Scenario #1
A non-elemental card placed on a spot with an element,
the attacking numbers/poles will be decreased by 1.
The picture of the card will be covered with a -1.
Scenario #2
A same elemental card that corresponds with the element
icon is being placed on the board results all attacking
poles will increase by +1.
Scenario #3
A different elemental card is placed on another elemental
will result a decrease of +1 to all attacking poles. |
In-Game
Rules - during the game
In-Game card rules are a set of rules that took in effect
while during the card. These rules have a lot of effect and
some of them requires some mental calculations. It even allows
you to chain up a combo with the rules.

It will change the
card's side as long as the attributes of the attacking
side are the same. It involves a minimum of 3 cards,
one attacking card and 2 defending cards.
To execute an attack with the rule, you must have two
opponent's cards on the board. The opposition cards
must be already placed on the board. Below is an example
to illustrate this rule:
The opposition card marked in purple
will switch sides. The co-ordinates that involved
in this rule are marked in black. As long
as 2 co-ordinates of the attacking card get to meet
a corresponding coordinate, the rule will take effect.
Take some time to digest the diagram above.

| PLUS |
| What it does?: |
It changes the card, as long as
the sum of attacking attributes A against defending
attributes A is equal to the sum of attacking attributes
B against defending attributes B. Like Same, it applies
to three cards - one attacking card and 2 defending
cards.
This one requires a bit more of thinking as compared
to SAME. Just focus on the attacking coordinates, which
is marked in black, as that they are the only
attributes involved the rule. Now, look at the north
attributes of the attacking card and south attributes
of defending card A by adding up the attacking poles:
5 + 4=9.

Now divert your attention to the next two attacking
co-ordinates: - west attributes of attacking card and
the east attributes of defending card. Add them up and
they will give you the same addition as the other matchup.
3 + 6 = 9. The results is all cards in purple
will change to blue.

We will be covering more information about the other card
rules soon...
