A C K G R O U N D
Irvine is a young man, well-liked by women whose strongest
point is his marksmanship. A cadet at the Galbadia Garden,
he self-styles himself as the "No. 1 gunslinger in the
Garden". His shooting arm never miss and he is the girls'
favorite because he is full of confidence. He seems callous
to simple men, but in truth, he is unexpectedly sensitive
and seems to have a serious personality.
N U N C H A K U S
Below is the list of weapons for Irvine. Please note that
you can have ONLY
one weapon at a time. In other words,
if Irvine's weapon has been upgraded to the Ulysses, you will
lost the Valiant). If you observe carefully, you will find
out that the weapons just add 20+ to Irvine's Str stats unlike
in previous Final Fantasies where you can add around 100 at
most. The major increase in strength or other statistics is
via Junction. In other words, upgrading weapons is not the
best choice in increasing the attacks. Irvine starts off the
game with the Valiant.

Execution
of Limit Breaks.
Limit Breaks are a set of skills used when the character is
facing crisis. It would normally happened when they are hit
consecutively by an enemy or hit points are running low, you
can tap the

[Menu] and you will find a blinking triangle appear on the
right hand side of the attack. When you see this, hit

and you will reveal the character's Limit Breaks. Every characters
have a different set of Limit Breaks. Normally the lower the
character's HP is, the higher the chances that your character
will be able to execute the Limit Break.
About Shot
The general name set for Irvine's Limit Breaks is called "Shot".
Shot allows Irvne to use the stocked Ammo in the item inventory
for firing. The stronger the ammo, the more damage it will
does. Shot allows Irvine to fire countless number of ammo
with the

button within a certain time frame. It is rather similar to
Billy Lee Black's Deathblow of Xenogears.
Irvine will learn new Limit Breaks as soon as you gotten the
new ammo. More information about his ammo and Limit Breaks
