There are a set of cards in the world that they are unique and thus termed as "Rare" cards. These cards generally features GFs and Characters. There is also a rare card that features a mysterious ailen from outer space. For your convenience, we have added cards status for the GFs.

Level 8 - 9 GF Cards
Guardian Force Cards are generally obtained via quests, battling a card game and some of them are obtained by defeating bosses. Surprisingly that Angelo and Chubby Chocobo are listed under GFs pages.

Chubby Chocobo Elemental: N/A         4    9        4         8		You can get this via Card Queen Quest. Defeat the guy, who is seating in front of the walkway leading to B-Garden's Library. His appearance is random. Conditions Disc 2 onwards. You need to lose Chicobo to Card Queen
Angelo Elemental: N/A         9    3        6         7		Win it from Watts of the Forests Owl. You can win it from him while aboard the train in Disc 1 or the White SeeD Ship in Disc 3. Conditions Disc 1 & Disc 3
Gilgamesh Elemental: N/A         3    6        7         9		Defeat all CC Group members except for King. Challenge Dr. Kadowaki a card game. Return back to the Dormitory and choose to sleep alone. Squall will face the King one-on-one. You can win this card while at the bridge of Balamb when Quistis is not in your party. Conditions Disc 2 - 3
Minimog Elemental: N/A         9    2        3         9		Defeat the boy who wears in blue shirt. You find him roaming around the main hall of Balamb Garden. Conditions Disc 1 ~ 3
Chicobo Elemental: N/A         9    4        4         8		Visit all Chocobo Forests and dig up all stones. Refer to the Chocobo Side Quest for more details. Make your way to Chocobo Holy Region. Talk to the Chicobo to get the card. Conditions Disc 2 onwards.
Quezacotl Elemental:         2    4        9         9		Win this card from Mayor Dobe at FH. He will be found at his house or the windmill. Conditions Disc 2 onwards. You can only start challenging him after you have wiped out the Galbadia Troops in FH.
Shiva Elemental:         6    9        7         4		Exchange the Girl Next Door with Zone for the card. Conditions Disc 3. Girl Next Door can be obtained in Disc 1. It is located near the receptionist area. Search the deck of documents.
Ifrit Elemental:         9    8        6         2		Defeat GF Ifrit at Fire Cavern in Disc 1. As a card quest to get Rinoa's card, you need to lose it to General Caraway. To recover it, you need to win it from Martine, who will be found at FH's landing area for Ragnarok airship. It is located at right screen from the windmill. Conditions Disc 1. Disc 2 - 3 to retrieve from Martine
Siren Elemental: N/A         8    2        9         3		Head for the Dollet's pub -2F. Beat the man in a card game who is wearing a shirt. He reveals his identity and you need to win the card from him in a card game. Conditions Disc 1 to 3
Sacred Elemental:         5    9        1         9		Defeat GF Brothers at the Tomb of Unknown King. Refer to the walkthrough for more details. Conditions Disc 1 ~ 4
Minotaur Elemental:         9    9        5         2		Defeat the Brothers and the king's soul will give it to you. Conditions Disc 1 ~ 4

Carbuncle Elemental: N/A         8    4        4         A		Defeat CC Group Heart [Xu] while at the bridge of Balamb Garden in Disc 2/Disc 3. You can only challenge her to a card game after Balamb Garden has turned into a mobile ship and obtain the rights to challenge her. Conditions Disc 2 ~ 3. Refer to Cards Group for more details
Diablos Elemental: N/A         5    3        8         A		Use the Magical Lamp obtained from Cid in Disc 1 to summon GF Diablos. Defeat GF Diablos and you get the card. Conditions All. You must have the Magical Lamp
Leviathan Elemental:         7    7        A         1		Defeat CC Group Magician Joker in a card game. He is found randomly at Balamb Garden's Training Center. Conditions Disc 2 ~ 3. Refer to Cards Group for more details
Odin Elemental: N/A         8    5        A         3		Defeat Odin at Centra Ruins. Conditions Disc 2 ~ 4. You must have a vessel that can move across the seas.
Pandemona Elemental:         7    A        7         1		Win it from the man in purple velvet (hotel owner) found outside Balamb Hotel after Squall has caused Galbadia troops to withdraw from Balamb in Disc 2. Conditions Disc 2 ~ 3.
Cerberus Elemental: N/A         7    A        4         6		Defeat GF Cerberus at the main compound of Galbadia Garden in Disc 2 Conditions Disc 2. You must have gotten Keycards #1 and #2
Alexander Elemental:         9    2        4         A		Win it from Piet at Lunar Base in Disc 3. You can also challenge him for the card after you have located the Lunar Crashed Site in Disc 3 Conditions Disc 3.
Phoenix Elemental:         7    A        2         7		You can get this via the Card Queen's Quest. Defeat Odine's assistant, Aide in the Esthar Presidential Building in Disc 3 Conditions Disc 3. You need to lose Doomtrain's Card to the Queen.
Bahamut Elemental: N/A         A    6        8         2		Defeat GF Bahamut at Deep Sea Research Center. You must have obtained the Ragnarok airship. Conditions Disc 3. Requires Ragnaork airship.
Doomtrain Elemental:         3    A        1         A		You can obtain this via Card Queen's Quest. You need to defeat the bartender of Timber Pub (1st floor) Conditions Disc 3. You need to lose Doomtrain to Queen.
Eden Elemental: N/A         4    A        4         9		Defeat Ultima Weapon (You must gotten all 16 ability GFs ) Conditions Disc 3 onwards. Requires Ragnarok Airship and all GFs obtained.
